Welcome to Iridia, where colour holds a meaning unlike any other. Amidst a desert world of futuristic technology and the magic of old, humans are blessed with ethereal ‘Guardians’ whose hair and eye colours reflect their Guarded’s true character. The natural order of things is changing, however, with more and more people finding themselves unable to receive their Guardians and commune with the other realm. As citizens struggle to come to terms with this new reality and the hunt for magical crystals known for their links to the Guardian world reaches new levels of desperation, the capital city of Cirra plunges ever closer to civil war at the hands of its queen.
